This Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs the collection, use, storage, protection and disclosure of personal data of users of the Scheduling mobile application ("App", "Service"), developed and distributed by us ("Developer", "we", "us", "our").

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please discontinue use of the App and delete it from your device.

This Policy applies to all users of the App regardless of platform (iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, Linux) and method of obtaining the App (through official app stores or otherwise).

3.1. Data Collected by the App

The Scheduling application collects and processes the following categories of data:

3.1.1. User Event and Task Data

The App collects and stores information you create when using the App, including:

• Event titles, descriptions, dates and times
• Recurring event information and repeat settings
• Task titles, descriptions, due dates, priorities and categories
• Task completion status (active, completed)
• Color coding for events and tasks
• Additional metadata associated with events and tasks

3.1.2. App Settings and Preferences

The App saves your settings and preferences, including:

• Selected theme and color scheme
• Notification settings (enabled/disabled, reminder times, quiet hours)
• Interface language settings (Russian/English)
• Time format settings (12-hour/24-hour)
• Calendar settings (display, grouping, filters)
• Task settings (sorting, grouping, display)
• Security settings (password, biometric authentication, screen protection)
• Backup settings (frequency, backup type)
• Other user interface settings

3.1.3. App Usage Statistics

The App collects anonymous usage statistics to improve functionality, including:

• Number of events and tasks created
• Number of completed tasks
• Number of app usage sessions
• Total time spent in the app
• Number of days the app was used
• Date of first and last app launch

This statistics is collected solely for internal use and does not contain information that can identify you as an individual.

3.2. Data We Do NOT Collect

It is important to note that the App does NOT collect, store or transmit the following types of data:

• Name, surname, email address or other user identification data
• Phone numbers, addresses or other contact information
• Financial information, credit card data or payment information
• Device location (geolocation data)
• Information about other apps on your device
• Data from other apps or services
• Information from your contacts or address book
• Social media data
• Device information, except minimally necessary for App operation

4. Data Storage Methods and Location

4.1. Local Storage

All data collected by the App is stored exclusively locally on your device using built-in operating system storage mechanisms (Hive for Flutter applications). Data is not transmitted to external servers, not synchronized with cloud services without your explicit consent, and is not accessible to us or third parties.

4.2. Backups

Data backups are created at your request and saved to your chosen location. We do not have access to your backups, regardless of where they are stored.

4.3. Data Encryption

To ensure data security, the App uses the following protection methods:

• Encryption of app passwords using cryptographic algorithms
• Encryption of secure backups using AES encryption
• Secure storage of biometric data through operating system APIs
• Protection of data from unauthorized access through operating system security mechanisms

5. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

We process your personal data solely for the following purposes:

• Providing App Functionality: Processing data necessary for core App functions
• Sending Notifications: Using data to send local notifications about upcoming events and tasks
• Interface Personalization: Applying your settings to personalize the App appearance and behavior

• Contract Performance: Data processing is necessary for performance of the contract between you and us

7. Biometric Data and Authentication

The App supports biometric authentication (Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint) for protecting access to the App. Important points:

• Biometric data is processed exclusively on your device using operating system APIs
• We do not have access to your biometric data
• Biometric data is never transmitted from your device
• Biometric data is not stored in the App

8. Notifications

The App uses local notifications for reminders about events and tasks. Local notifications:

• Are generated and processed exclusively on your device
• Do not require internet connection
• Do not transmit data to external servers
• Require notification permission, which you can grant or revoke in device settings
• Can be completely disabled in App settings

9. Data Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not transfer, sell, rent or disclose your personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:

• At Your Request: If you explicitly request data transfer
• As Required by Law: If we are required to disclose data in accordance with applicable law, court order or government request

We have implemented comprehensive security measures to protect your data, including local storage, encryption, secure APIs, screen protection, and biometric authentication. However, no method of data transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.

12. Data Retention

Your data is stored on your device until you delete it manually, delete the App, or reset your device to factory settings. Backups saved separately are not automatically deleted.

13. Children's Data

The App is not intended for use by persons under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a person under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.

14. International Data Transfers

Since all data is stored locally on your device, international data transfers do not occur. If you create backups in cloud storage located in other countries, such transfer is governed by the privacy policy of the respective cloud service.

15. Changes to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the updated Policy.

By using the Scheduling App, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy, agree to the terms of processing your personal data described herein, and give your consent to processing of your personal data in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App and delete it from your device.
