How to create an event?
To create an event, tap the "+" button in the bottom right corner of the "Schedule" screen and fill out the event creation form. You can specify the title, description, date and time, choose color coding and configure event repetition (daily, weekly, even/odd weeks or select specific days of the week). After filling in all required fields, tap "Save Event".
How to add a task?
To add a task, tap the "+" button in the bottom right corner of the "Tasks" screen and fill out the task creation form. Specify the task title, due date (optional), select priority (low, medium, high) and category (work, personal, health, study, general). You can also add a task description. After filling in, tap "Save Task".
How to configure notifications?
Go to Settings > Notifications and configure reminder and quiet hours settings. You can enable or disable notifications in general, set separate settings for events and tasks, choose reminder time (5, 10, 15, 30 minutes or other time before the event), and configure quiet hours to disable notifications at certain times of day. Don't forget to grant notification permission in your device settings.
How to create a backup?
Go to Settings > Backup and Restore and tap "Create Backup". You can choose to create a regular or secure (encrypted) backup. After creating a backup, you can save the file to your device or cloud storage. You can also configure automatic backup creation with selected frequency (every 6 hours, 12 hours, 2 days or disabled).
How to restore data from backup?
Go to Settings > Backup and Restore and tap "Restore Backup". Select the backup file (.cul) from your device or cloud storage. Warning: restoring data will replace all current data with data from the backup. Make sure you have a current backup before restoring if you want to keep current data.
How to protect the app with a password?
Go to Settings > Security > App Password and tap "Password Setup". Enter a new password (minimum 4 characters) and confirm it. The password will be requested on each app launch. You can also enable biometric authentication (Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint) for more convenient access. To change or remove the password, use the corresponding options in security settings.
How to change the theme?
Go to Settings > Appearance > App Theme and select one of over 80 available themes. You can also choose theme mode: light, dark or system (automatic switching depending on time of day). Additionally, you can configure the color blending level for interface personalization. All changes are applied instantly.
How to set up recurring events?
When creating or editing an event, enable the "Repeating Event" switch. Then select the repeat type: daily, weekly or even/odd weeks. For weekly repetition, you can select specific days of the week. For "Even/Odd" type, the event will repeat on even and odd weeks alternately. The recurring event will be automatically created on selected days.
How to track usage statistics?
App usage statistics are available in Settings > Statistics. Here you can see the number of completed tasks, created events, app sessions, days of use and total time spent in the app. Information about daily activity with average indicators is also available. You can reset statistics at any time through the corresponding option in settings.
How to change the app language?
Go to Settings > Basic App Settings > App Language and select the desired language (Russian or English). Language change is applied instantly and affects the entire app interface, including all controls, messages and hints. The app also supports automatic system language detection if the corresponding option is selected.
How to configure the calendar?
Go to Settings > Schedule Settings to configure the calendar. You can choose to always show the calendar, always hide it, or use manual control. Event display settings are also available: show past events, show event indicators under dates, group events by time. You can set the first day of the week (Monday or Sunday) in basic settings.
What to do if notifications don't work?
If notifications don't work, check the following settings: 1) Make sure notifications are enabled in app settings (Settings > Notifications), 2) Check that the app has permission to send notifications in your device settings (iOS: Settings > Scheduling > Notifications; Android: Settings > Apps > Scheduling > Notifications), 3) Make sure quiet hours are not active at the time when the notification should arrive, 4) Restart the app. If the problem persists, contact support.
